Delivery within the European Union

We deliver our products throughout Europe using reliable courier and postal services. For many EU destinations, DPD courier delivery may be available.

• DPD Home - delivery directly to a residential address.
• DPD Pickup Point - collection from an available local pickup shop or parcel locker.
• International postal service for smaller or lighter parcels where applicable.

Delivery to Non-EU European Countries

We may ship to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Bosnia and other non-EU destinations where delivery service is available. Customs clearance may apply and delivery times may be longer.

United States and Canada Delivery

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered by USPS and must be addressed to a valid residential delivery address.

Please provide the complete residential address, including house number, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number and recipient name.

Please do not enter a business address, commercial warehouse, freight-forwarding address, pickup point or parcel locker for USPS delivery.

Orders containing an incomplete or unsuitable delivery address may be delayed or cancelled until a valid residential address is provided.

Canada: tracked international postal or courier delivery may be available depending on parcel size, weight and destination. Customs, import duties, taxes and local handling charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery to Asia and Oceania

Delivery to Asia, Australia, New Zealand and other available destinations may be made using tracked postal or courier services where available. Delivery time depends on country, distance, customs, local postal service and seasonal workload. Remote regions may require additional time.

The recipient pays import duties, taxes, customs charges and local fees where applicable.

DPD Pickup Points

DPD Pickup Points provide a convenient way to receive or return parcels through participating pickup shops and parcel lockers across Europe. Many locations offer extended opening hours and, where available, seven-days-a-week access.

You can find the nearest available DPD Pickup Point using the official DPD Pickup Finder or the DPD mobile application by entering your postcode or delivery address. Pickup point availability depends on destination country and carrier coverage.

Worldwide Delivery

We also ship our products to destinations worldwide using tracked international postal and courier services. The available delivery method is selected according to the destination country, parcel dimensions, weight and local delivery conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price unless clearly stated during checkout and, where applicable, must be paid by the recipient.

Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time. The customer is responsible for checking local import rules before ordering.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Products manufactured or prepared to order may require additional production time before dispatch.

Custom-made designer trim products, vehicle-specific made-to-order dashboard kits, special material or finish orders, RHD/LHD-specific kits and special layout orders may require additional production time.
