DPD PICKUP POINTS

DPD Pickup Points provide a convenient way to receive or return parcels through participating pickup shops and parcel lockers across Europe.

Many locations offer extended opening hours and, where available, seven-days-a-week access.

You can find the nearest available DPD Pickup Point using the official DPD Pickup Finder or the DPD mobile application by entering your postcode or delivery address.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We also ship our products to destinations worldwide using tracked international postal and courier services.

The available delivery method is selected according to the destination country, parcel dimensions, weight, and local delivery conditions.

Worldwide delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal workload.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the available tracking information.

UNITED STATES – USPS RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY ONLY

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered by USPS and must be addressed to a valid residential delivery address.

Please provide the complete residential address, including the house number, apartment or unit number where applicable, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and recipient name.

Please do not enter a business address, commercial warehouse, freight-forwarding address, pickup point, or parcel locker for USPS delivery.

Orders containing an incomplete or unsuitable delivery address may be delayed or cancelled until a valid residential address is provided.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or delivery price and, where applicable, must be paid by the recipient.

Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Products manufactured or prepared to order may require additional production time before dispatch.
