Machine Concept
Our CNC PU Doming Dispenser combines a perforated vacuum table, 2K gear pump dosing module, static mixer dispensing head, CNC motion system and PC/HMI control. The system is designed to improve repeatability, reduce manual dosing time and produce consistent high-gloss 3D domed labels.
The machine uses a rigid steel base frame, silver anodized aluminum linear motion components and a bridge gantry design. The dispensing head applies mixed PU resin through a valve and static mixer directly onto printed labels, badges or logo sheets.
