Important custom-made product notice
Many trim kits are manufactured or prepared specifically for the selected vehicle, model, year, dashboard version, steering side, finish, material, kit version or order configuration. These products are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind return once production has started or the product has been made for the customer.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to online orders for physical goods, custom-made dashboard trim and interior trim products, display protection films, and digital downloadable cutting-template files sold by CockpitDekor / AutoDekor.
Vehicle names are used only for identification and fitment. We do not claim OEM authorisation unless expressly stated.
EU customer right of withdrawal
For standard non-custom physical goods purchased online, EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery.
- You must contact us before returning goods and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
- Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, clean, complete and, where possible, in the original packaging.
- For normal withdrawal, you pay the return shipping cost unless we have agreed otherwise.
- We refund after receiving and checking the goods, or after receiving legally valid proof of return shipment where applicable.
- The original standard delivery cost is refunded where legally required. Upgraded, express or special delivery surcharges may not be refunded.
Custom-made and personalised products
Custom-made dashboard trim kits, designer trim, made-to-order parts, special finish or material orders, customer-specified vehicle or version orders, RHD/LHD-specific kits, special layout kits, personalised products and specially produced products are not eligible for ordinary 14-day change-of-mind return once production has started or the product has been made for the customer.
This does not affect your legal rights if goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Please check vehicle make, model, year, dashboard version, steering side and finish before ordering. Contact support before ordering if fitment is uncertain.
Defective, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods

EU consumers have legal guarantee rights for goods that are faulty or not as described. This policy does not limit those rights.
Exchange policy
Exchanges may be possible for standard non-custom products if the item is unused, undamaged and approved before return.
Custom-made products are not exchangeable for wrong vehicle choice, wrong dashboard version, wrong finish selection, customer measurement error or change of mind.
Exchange for defective or wrong items remains available where legally required.
Refund timing
Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing starts after returned goods are received and inspected, or after legally valid proof of return shipment where applicable.
Shipping upgrades, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and customer-paid local charges are not refunded unless legally required or caused by seller error.
Return procedure / RMA
- Contact support before returning any item.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorisation and return instructions.
- Pack the goods safely to prevent transport damage.
- Use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage.
Returns sent without authorisation may be delayed or refused if they cannot be matched to an order.
USA and non-EU customers
- Standard unused non-custom items may be returned within 30 days after delivery if approved before return.
- The customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised or specially produced designer trim products cannot be returned for change of mind, wrong vehicle selection, wrong finish choice or customer ordering error.
- Defective, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items will be reviewed and handled by repair, replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.
- Import duties, customs fees, state taxes, brokerage fees and local charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us unless caused by seller error.
Digital products and downloadable cutting templates
Digital DXF, SVG, CDR, PDF and other downloadable files are supplied electronically.
Once access or download begins, digital files are non-refundable unless the file is defective, not accessible or not as described.
Please check software compatibility before purchase. No refund is given for inability to use files due to unsupported software, wrong machine setup, wrong scale or import settings, or lack of technical experience unless the file itself is defective.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or installation reasons

Shipping damage
Please photograph the damaged parcel and product immediately. Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery and keep all packaging for carrier inspection.
