The equipment can be configured for Color-Dec polyurethane doming resin and similar two-component PU systems according to the required mixing ratio, viscosity, working area and production workflow.

Production Workflow
1. Print and Cut
Prepare label sheets, badges or car trim decal layouts.
2. Position
Hold the sheet or product layout on the perforated vacuum surface.
3. Dispense
Apply mixed PU resin accurately using the 2K static mixer head.
4. Cure
Move freshly domed products to mobile curing racks for horizontal curing.
5. Inspect
Check gloss, edge quality, bubbles and surface consistency.
