Stable A/B Resin Delivery
Our 2K gear pump dosing systems are designed for accurate dispensing of two-component polyurethane doming resin. Components A and B are stored separately and delivered through independent precision gear pumps before being mixed in a static mixer directly before application.
This system provides stable material flow, accurate ratio control and clean dispensing for 3D labels, resin logos, badges and decorative parts.
Adjustable Mixing Ratio
The dosing unit can be equipped with two independent drives: one servo or stepper motor for each gear pump. This allows the mixing ratio to be adjusted manually through speed controls or electronically through a controller, HMI panel or saved material recipe.
The system can be configured according to the resin manufacturer technical data sheet, including mixing ratio, viscosity, pot life and working temperature.
Technical Principle
| Component A | Delivered from separate PU reservoir through Gear Pump A to the 2K manifold. |
| Component B | Delivered from separate PU reservoir through Gear Pump B to the 2K manifold. |
| Mixing Point | Components are mixed inside the static mixer immediately before dispensing. |
| Ratio Control | Manual speed control or electronic control using independent pump drives. |
| Integration | Standalone dosing unit or integrated module for CNC PU doming dispenser. |
Main Components
Transparent PU Reservoirs
Two vertical reservoirs for components A and B with visual material level control.
Precision Gear Pumps
Stable volumetric output for accurate resin flow control.
Servo or Stepper Drives
Independent pump drives for manual or electronic mixing ratio adjustment.
2K Manifold
Keeps components separated until the final mixing point.
Static Mixer
Blends A and B directly before the resin exits the dispensing needle.
Flushing and Air Purge
Optional cleaning functions to support maintenance after production.
