REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party indicated by them, receive the goods.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in the same condition as delivered. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the applicable refund.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the returned goods until they are delivered to us.

Please inform us before returning goods and include your order number so that we can correctly identify your order and process a full or partial refund where applicable.
