Comparing finishes before you decide

Large saloons and estates

In a large saloon or estate, the dashboard is wide and the cabin calm. Burl wood effects such as Walnut Burl or Newport Burl suit that atmosphere, especially with light leather. For a more modern look, piano black with a few brushed aluminium accents keeps things understated.

Hatchbacks and sporty models

In a compact or sporty model, the cabin is small and every part is close to your eyes. Carbon effect, brushed aluminium or a solid colour that picks up the bodywork give character without crowding the space. Contrast between vents and console works particularly well here.

Family SUVs

In a family SUV, the dashboard takes plenty of knocks: drinks, bags, children’s toys. Choose a finish that stays easy on the eye and easy to wipe, such as piano black, brushed aluminium or a mid-tone wood effect. The trim also protects the covered areas from everyday wear.

Pick the finish for your Ford Ranger, check the driving side at checkout and the kit is made to order in our workshop.
