Who do we share data with?
We only share data where this is necessary for the purpose concerned:
- Shipping: DPD (name, address, and e-mail/phone for delivery notifications where applicable)
- Payment: PayPal, Stripe (incl. Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout). Full card details are not stored on our server.
- Hosting: Contabo GmbH, Germany (servers in the EU)
- Security and fast delivery of the website: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Statistics: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent
- Reviews: Trustpilot A/S, Denmark (after an order you automatically receive an invitation to leave a review)
- Accounting: Vaše Účtovníctvo, Na úvrati 25, Bratislava, Slovakia (invoice and accounting data to meet legal obligations)
Where a provider is based outside the EU (e.g. the USA), data is transferred on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
We set technically necessary cookies (cart, login, language) without consent. Statistics cookies are only set if you agree in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the top of every page.
How long do we keep your data?
- Order and invoice data: as long as tax and commercial retention rules require (usually 10 years).
- Customer account: until you delete it or ask us to delete it.
- Enquiries without an order: 2 years after the enquiry is closed.
- Server logs: no more than 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, write to info@cockpitdekor.com.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava. You can also contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence (in the UK: the Information Commissioner’s Office).
Data required for orders
To process an order we need your name, delivery address and e-mail address. Without this information we cannot perform the contract.
