CockpitDekor • B2B & B2C cooperation
How can companies sell CockpitDekor products without holding stock?
Approved webshops, dealers and specialist companies can offer vehicle-specific CockpitDekor products on a pre-order basis, use an authorised CSV product feed and request delivery either to their own address or directly to the end customer.
Partners can pay each order online or, after separate approval, settle consolidated orders every 14 days. Partner pricing, direct shipping and any rebranding arrangement are assigned individually and confirmed in writing.
What is the webshop-to-customer fulfilment flow?
The commercial flow has five clear stages, from publishing the authorised data to dispatching the confirmed order.
Publish authorised CSV data and images.
Customer selects vehicle, variant and finish.
Partner verifies reference, equipment and diagram.
Pay online or use an approved 14-day cycle.
Ship to the partner or end customer by the agreed service.

The programme is intended for established companies that sell or install automotive, van, truck, bus or motorhome interior products.
- Automotive and motorhome accessory webshops
- Vehicle interior, conversion and installation workshops
- Dealers serving car, van, truck, bus or camper customers
- B2B distributors and specialist resellers
- Companies that want to add a vehicle-specific range without purchasing broad stock in advance
What is the difference between B2C ordering and B2B cooperation?
B2C customers order for their own vehicle at the public webshop price, while approved B2B partners resell products through a verified partner account with assigned commercial terms.
| Area | B2C customer | Approved B2B partner |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Purchase for the customer’s own vehicle | Resale, installation or inclusion in a professional service |
| Pricing | Public webshop pricing and applicable promotions | Assigned customer-group reduction and applicable catalogue price rules |
| Payment | Online payment during checkout | Online payment per order or approved 14-day consolidated settlement |
| Delivery | To the customer’s selected address | To the partner or directly to the partner’s end customer, where agreed |
| Product data | Public product pages | Authorised CSV feed and product image URLs after approval |
How does pre-order cooperation work?
The partner can publish the approved range first and place the actual B2B order only after the end customer has selected the vehicle configuration and finish.
- Import: the approved partner imports the authorised CSV fields and image links into its own webshop.
- Customer selection: the end customer chooses the vehicle, dashboard variant and preferred finish on the partner’s sales channel.
- Fitment check: the partner compares the customer’s vehicle with the CockpitDekor reference, year range, equipment notes and parts diagram.
- B2B order: the partner orders through its approved CockpitDekor account and supplies either its own delivery address or the customer’s address.
- Payment: the order is paid online or added to an approved 14-day settlement cycle.
- Dispatch: availability and the expected dispatch timing are confirmed for the selected reference; delivery then goes to the agreed recipient.
Important: pre-order cooperation removes the need to hold a broad range in stock, but it does not remove the need to verify the exact vehicle configuration before ordering.
How do B2B partner discounts work?
PrestaShop customer groups allow an approved partner account to receive a 10%, 15% or 20% group reduction. Assignment is individual and is not created automatically by registering a standard customer account.
Specific catalogue price rules may also apply to selected products, quantities, markets or periods. The price displayed in the approved account and confirmed in the order is the applicable price for that transaction. Discounts are not automatically cumulative.
How can a B2B partner pay?
Every approved partner can use the online payment methods made available at checkout; selected partners may additionally receive a consolidated settlement schedule every 14 days.
| Payment model | How it works | Approval |
|---|---|---|
| Online payment per order | The partner places and pays each order through the online checkout. | Standard model for approved B2B accounts |
| Settlement every 14 days | Eligible orders are grouped into a two-week statement or invoice cycle and paid by the agreed deadline. | Separate written approval, agreed limit and payment history may be required |
A 14-day settlement cycle is a commercial facility, not an automatic right. The written partner agreement defines the limit, eligible orders, invoicing method, due date and action in case of overdue payment.
What can the CockpitDekor partner CSV contain?
After approval, a partner can receive a downloadable CSV containing authorised product information and links to available product images for use on its own sales pages.
| Data group | Typical fields | Partner check |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Reference/SKU, product title and category | Keep the reference unchanged for ordering and support |
| Fitment | Vehicle make, model, generation, year range and variant notes | Do not convert a configuration-specific product into a universal fit claim |
| Product content | Kit description, parts information and available finish data | Use the current diagram and selected variant |
| Media | Product-page URL and available primary or additional image URLs | Use images only within the authorised partnership terms |
| Commercial data | Approved price fields or recommended retail information when supplied | Refresh the feed before publishing or ordering |
The CSV is a product-data exchange file. It is not a real-time stock or production-capacity guarantee unless a specific field is expressly identified as real time.
Can CockpitDekor ship directly to the partner’s customer?
Yes, direct-to-customer shipping can be arranged for approved partner orders when the complete delivery details are supplied and the destination is accepted for that order.
- The partner enters the final delivery name, address, telephone number and any required carrier information.
- Shipping cost and available delivery method are determined for the order and destination.
- Tracking is provided when it is supported by the selected carrier service.
- The reseller remains the end customer’s seller when the purchase was made through the reseller’s webshop.
Direct delivery does not automatically mean neutral or private-label packaging. Parcel presentation, inserts, sender information and documents must be agreed in advance; mandatory product and shipment information remains unchanged.
Can a partner sell CockpitDekor products under its own branding?
Brand presentation can be discussed in three levels, but co-branding or rebranding requires prior written approval. It must never create a false OEM claim or remove mandatory identification and product information.
| Branding model | Presentation | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| CockpitDekor brand | Products are offered under the CockpitDekor name using approved content. | Standard approved reseller model |
| Co-branded | The reseller’s identity is presented together with the CockpitDekor product identity. | Written approval of names, images and customer-facing wording |
| Reseller-branded / private-label discussion | Selected presentation, packaging or data fields may be adapted for an agreed programme. | Case-by-case agreement covering scope, volumes, costs, traceability and support |
Who is responsible for the end customer?
If the consumer buys from the partner’s webshop, the partner remains the consumer’s seller and first point of contact. CockpitDekor supplies the partner under the agreed B2B conditions.
| Partner responsibility | CockpitDekor B2B support |
|---|---|
| Customer-facing price, order confirmation and invoice | B2B order confirmation and partner invoice |
| Collecting accurate vehicle and configuration details | Reference, diagram and available fitment information |
| First-line customer service, cancellation and return communication | Handling the partner’s request under the agreed B2B return or claim process |
How can a company apply for B2B access?
Send the company details through the CockpitDekor contact form so that the proposed sales channel and commercial model can be reviewed.
Please include the legal company name, VAT or company registration number, webshop or marketplace URL, countries served, product segment, preferred delivery model, expected ordering pattern and whether CockpitDekor branding, co-branding or rebranding is requested.
After approval, CockpitDekor confirms the assigned customer group, CSV access, image-use conditions, payment model, shipping arrangement and any branding scope.

Must a partner buy stock in advance?
Not necessarily. The pre-order model allows the approved range to be listed before the matching customer order is placed. Any product-specific minimum or special production condition is confirmed separately.
Can partners publish the products in their own webshop?
Yes, after approval and subject to the product-data and image-use conditions. Fitment facts and product references must remain accurate.
Which B2B discount will a partner receive?
An approved account may be assigned to Dealer 10, Dealer 15 or Dealer 20. The assigned group and any catalogue price rule are confirmed individually.
Can every company pay every 14 days?
No. Consolidated settlement every 14 days requires separate written approval and may be subject to an agreed credit limit and payment history.
Can an order be shipped directly to the end customer?
Yes, where direct delivery has been agreed and complete accepted delivery details are supplied with the partner order.
Can packaging and product presentation be rebranded?
It can be discussed case by case. Rebranding is not automatic and requires written agreement on scope, costs, volumes, product identification, traceability and customer support.
Does the CSV guarantee that every item is immediately available?
No. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the CSV describes the product range and does not guarantee real-time stock or production capacity. Availability is checked for the actual order.
Can a partner describe CockpitDekor products as OEM products?
No. CockpitDekor products are independent aftermarket products. “Factory-style” or “OEM-style appearance” describes the visual objective only and does not imply vehicle-manufacturer approval or endorsement.
What is the core CockpitDekor partner proposition?
A broad vehicle-specific range without the need to hold every configuration in stock: approved product data for the partner’s webshop, individually assigned B2B pricing, online or approved 14-day payment, and delivery to the partner or directly to the customer.
